In 2008 PHS staff member Daniel Moise spent a month in Gweru, Zimbabwe, as a volunteer at Antelope Park, a wildlife preserve specializing in the rehabilitation of African lions. He was involved in the research of lion behavior and worked with the world’s only program for their release into the wild. He also assisted with orphaned elephants; toured the surrounding countryside; and visited Victoria Falls, considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
